Passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, July 30, 2018 at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Ghislaine. Dear father of Faron of Alberta and Catherine of Orangeville. Loving grandfather of Haiden, Azaria, Jordan, Dreadon, Alexys and Michaela and great-grandfather of 3. Lovingly remembered by his 3 godchildren Kara, Brandon and Charleigh, who he adored. Predeceased by his siblings Geraldine Steeves, Elva Richardson, Don Gotreau, Judith Solomon, Marlene Kay and Roland Murray. Fred will also be greatly missed by many relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Fred's Life will be held in New Brunswick at a later date.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Fred in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
