My wonderful auntie, my dads look a like. Such a content, sweet and cherry lady. I loved chatting with her and so glad I saw her on my last trip back to Ontario. I remember her standing in the hall watching us walk to the elevator and her telling us how she was just fine on her own. Always positive. My thought are with the family today. Wish I could have joined you. I know you will miss her.

Our dear wee auntie- how we loved her. She was always cheerful and bubbly even at 96 years of age. We looked forward to our visits with her and our fun conversations. She talked a lot of how blessed she was and how her faith in the Lord Jesus was her constant comfort. A phone call to her would often last more than an hour as there was always so much to talk about. I (Kathy) told her that my goal was to be just like her as I aged. She taught me to always see the cheery side of life. We will miss her very much but we are comforted knowing she is home with the Lord and is at peace.

Our dear Aunt Elisbeth is home in heaven and we are so thankful for that assurance. She loved our family and was a prayer warrior for all. She had a joyful and fun spirit. Poems were special to her. I found "The Man In The Glory" written from I Timothy 2:5 by George Cutting. She often referred to it ...and a mini part of it is her testimony....
"There's a Man in the glory I know very well
I have known Him for years, and His goodness can tell:
One day in His mercy He knock'd at my door,
And seeking admission, knock'd many times o'er.
But when I went to Him, and stood face to face,
And listen'd awhile to His story of grace,
How He suffer'd for sinners, and put away sin,
I heartily, thankfully welcomed Him in."

All was settled her ....she was so ready for Heaven...she had put her trust in the man, Christ Jesus - The Man In The Glory.
Our love to all our family....wish we could be with you !
