Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Brenda for 61 years. Dear son of the late George Edward and Edith. Loving father of Jayne & Ray, Nina, Ed & Candy. A much loved grandfather of Bryan & Lynne, Sarah, Emily, Meghan, Autumn & Brett, Bailey and Eddie. Jessica, Samantha & Tyler will sadly miss their Great grandad. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society of Dufferin County would be appreciated by the family. A special thank you to all the family, friends and health care professionals who have shown their support during this difficult time.
Private Family Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, March 29, 2021.
A tree will be planted in memory of Edward in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The next annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
