Suddenly on Monday, November 7th, 2022 at the age of 34. Beloved husband of Melanie Upson. Dear Daddy of Autumn and Tenley. Cherished son of Carol and James. Loving brother of Crystal Gray (Kenny) and the late Robert (2004). Dearest uncle of Isabel, Ella and Brooklynn. Special son-in-law of Mike & Darlene Jamison. Fondly remembered by his brother-in-law Joshua (Karla). Darren will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Saturday, November 19th, 2022 from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel following visitation at 11:30 a.m. Memorial donations to a trust fund for his children would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Darren in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
