Peacefully at St. Peters Hospital, Hamilton on Tuesday, September 7, 2022 at the age of 67. Loving mother of Erin Rain (Chris). Cherished gramma of Mieke and Nevin. Cherished sister of Margie Morey (Drew), Fred DeVogel (Karen), Sue Troch (2019) (Bob), Cindy McQueen (Paul). Predeceased by her parents Aalt & Ena DeVogel. Special aunt of Jason, Chris, Becky, Andrew, Shawn, Ryan, Tara, Jamie, Matthew, Stephen, Jacob. Great-aunt of Emma (2020), Janessa, Liam, Charlotte, Everett. Jeannie will also be greatly missed by her other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, September 12, 2022 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Jeannie in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
