Obituary for Clarence Howard Murphy

Murphy, Clarence Howard
Passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 77 years old, at his happy place doing what he enjoyed most, working at the cottage he built that bound the family together in shared memories for over 50 years. His signature look at the cottage of work boots, no shirt and jeans that needed a belt will be missed by many. Clarence will be greatly missed by his cherished wife Eva Murphy for 58 years. Dear father of Bill Murphy (Sherry), Lisa McCleary (Paul dePrinse), Sherry Teeter (Steve Young). Adored by his seven grandchildren that were his pride and joy, Matthew McCleary (Jess), Morgan Teeter (Brendan Antinori) Sarah Murphy, Ryan Teeter, Megan Murphy (Sam Walton) Kelsey McCleary (Liam Nemett), Lori Murphy. His zest for life and his young at heart spirit will live on through them. Dear big brother of Pat Hawker (John). He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews. Clarence will also be remembered for having an open heart of welcome to his many family members particularly Edna, Bev, Lorraine, Barry, Joe and Charlene. Clarence will also be missed by his long-time friend, Tom Bailey. Clarence had a great understanding of what was important, living life with those you love. We will miss our Husband, Dad, Popeye, Uncle, Brother-in-law and Friend, who wrote his own rules to life, who lived life to the fullest and his master Caesar making ability.
