Peacefully at her home on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Doug Lackie. Dear step-mother of Audrey (Sandy), Charles (Yolanda), Moira and Sheila (Marius). Cherished grandmother of Korry (Scott), Karleigh (Josh), Kyle. Dear Great-grandmother of Brayden and Ethan. Remembered by her cousins Howard and Peter Hughes. Carman will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
The Family will receive friends at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Friday, August 2, 2019 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Mark's Anglican Church, 5 First Ave., Orangeville, on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A special Thank You to the Staff at Montgomery Village-Wellness Team, Headwaters Health Care Centre for their special care.
A tree will be planted in memory of Carman in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
