Peacefully at Bethell Hospice on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Florence Martin. Dear father of Carolyn Martin (Bryan) and Kevin Martin. Cherished grandfather of Charlise Martin and Alexia (2003). Predeceased by his sister Jean Wilson and his brother William Martin. Survived by his sister-in-laws Hilda Martin and Laurine Zurbrigg. Carl will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
A Private Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Saturday, January 16, 2021. Webcast of service will be available at 11:00 am.
Memorial donations to Bethell Hospice Foundation or New Hope Community Church, Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Carl in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The next annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
