Obituary for Beryl Ann Munshaw

Munshaw, Beryl Ann (nee Andersen)

It is with sadness that we share with you the passing of Beryl Ann Munshaw, who was and will forever remain a beloved and devoted grandmother, mother, mother-in-law and dear friend to many.
On Sunday, April 05, 2020, with happiness in her heart, Beryl passed on peacefully in a sun-filled room in the Brampton Civic Hospital.

Things I will miss ...
My family and my grandchildren: Tim, Julie, Eric, Edna, Chris (Amanda), Robin (Madeleine), Steffi (Chris), Allison (James), Erika (Ben)
My dearest great granddaughter: Harper
My loving sisters: Joy, Sunny (who I am now with)
All my dear friends and companions
Saturday afternoons at the opera
Shaking “the love” around the family dinner table
Getting my hands dirty in the garden
Mornings spent listening to classical music
Sharing an order of chicken wings
Brunch with the ladies
Being sous chef in the kitchen
Mountain hikes on the West Coast
Country drives under Fall leaves
Farmers markets and craft shows
Christmas morning

With a career in nursing, Beryl spent much of her life caring for and bringing comfort to those in need. To her family, she will always be remembered for her kindness, her compassion, her positive attitude and her graceful perseverance. As an avid reader and a nature lover, Beryl was always absorbed in adventure whether it was found on the pages of a book, the waterfront of the Kawartha Lakes, the mountain trails of British Columbia, or the country roads of Caledon.

We will move forward with light footsteps knowing that Beryl is smiling her way into a new adventure, and will continue to accompany us on ours.
We ask that you join us in celebrating the life and memory of Beryl Ann Munshaw. Please keep her in your prayers. Should you feel inclined to make a donation in her honor, we thank you graciously for your contribution.
