Peacefully at Extendicare, Brampton on Friday, August 31, 2018 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of Ruth Mills. Dear father of Deborah Dixon (Chris), Bruce and Bob (Bonnie). Cherished grandfather of Michael, Allan, Joey, Holly. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Evelyn and his brother Bob. Alfred will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville onThursday, September 6, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Alfred in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
