My friend Grace

I want to extend my condolences for the loss of your Mother.

I have known Grace since 1970's. She and her husband Morley( he sold coffee and kept us in good supply) frequented the Dufferin Area Hospital on a daily basis. Your Mom was in everyday to  aid her mother at meal times.

As a result I got to know this lovely lady. I was an RPN on the floor where your  grandmother was a patient.

Over the years Grace and I have had many wonderful conversational times whenever we met. In the drugstore where she worked, christian gatherings, restaurants and about town.

I had volunteered at the Centre Cafe  for 2 years and she came as a regular  for a light lunch with her friend and mine Vicky.I had many opportunites during that time to sit and chat with her and reminise of past years.

It was always a joy to meet with her.Your mother was a vibrant, friendly, loving and kind person. She always had a smile. One of whom I was privlaged to know.

I was saddened to read of her passing. Unfortunately the notice was printed  too late in the paper and I missed the opportunity to attend her funeral.

I look forward to meeting her again in heaven. She was truly a blessing.
