Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Jennifer Cruttenden. Dear father of Leslie (Dave), Ted (Dale), Janice, Hugh (Judy), and Marni (Jeff). Jack will be missed by all of his 11 loving grandchildren. Dear brother of Brian, Dennis and Lynn. Jack will also be greatly missed by his many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Canadian Arthritis Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Jack in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
