Suddenly, on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Pauline. Dear father of Beverley Brown (Jim), Joanne Woods (Dale) and Lindsay (Rosemary). Cherished grandad of James, Melissa (Derek), Lacy, Heather, Cherish, Nevada, Rebecca and Sidney. Loving GG of Owen, Ella, Alexander and Sadie. Alexander will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville, Ontario on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Alexander in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
