Suddenly at Trillium Health Care, Mississauga on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Vera Dornhoff. Loving son-in-law of Inge Pirat. Dear step-father of Christina Midwood and her husband Matt. Cherished grandfather of Jackson Midwood and Charlotte Midwood. Rudy will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Sunday, November 19, 2017 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

A tree will be planted in memory of Rudy in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
