Peacefully at Bethell Hospice on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at the age of 56. Beloved husband of Beverley Young. Dear father of Patrick and Ward. Cherished son of Iona and the late Fredric. Remembered by his brother Michael. Predeceased by his sister Leah Ann. Daniel will also be greatly missed by his cousins, nieces, nephew other family and many friend and co-workers.

Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville, on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Memorial donations to ALAS Dufferin (Active Lives After School Dufferin) (www.alasdufferin.ca) would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Daniel in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
