Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late George Kern. Dear mother of George (Debie), Crystal Frail (Michael) and Kathy Rance (Jim). Cherished grandmother of Ryan (Jen), Melissa (Yoryi), Theodore (Tara), Edward (Ilona), Michael, Matthew, Emily, Anthony (Lidija) and Ashley (Ryan). Great-Grandmother of Aiden, Benton, Elias, Brady, Kian, Lochlan, Lola, Everleigh, Jaydan, Taylor. Predeceased by her sister Anna Klein. Elizabeth will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Mass will be held at St.Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville, Ontario on Friday, September 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Mississauga.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Elizabeth in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
