Suddenly on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the age of 56. Beloved wife of Shawn Slack. Dear mother of Michael & Brian. Cherished daughter of David Parker and the late Patricia. Loving sister of Lyn Parker and Vincent Parker. Susan will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville, on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m.

A tree will be planted in memory of Susan in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
