Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks Nursing Home, Shelburne, on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Eleanor. Dear father of Tom (Debbie), Janice (Paul) and Heather (Randy). Cherished Pop of Michael, Alyssa, Lee, Philicia, Brittany, Colleen, and Kevin. Albert will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. A Celebration of Life will begin in the Chapel at 2;30 p.m. A reception will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 233, 7 John St., Orangeville. Memorial donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Albert in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
