Condolence: My wife and I were privileged to meet Kyle and hear him speak to some Cornell alumni. He was a real gentleman and a credit to his family. When Kyle spoke, we were mesmerized by his perseverance and courage. Kyle was an inspiration to everyone in the room and there wasn't a dry eye around. May you be blessed with all the loving memories of Kyle and may we all strive to be as good as the man he was. Stan Fish (Cornell '72, '75, lacrosse manager) and Sari Fish

Condolence From: Martha McClew
Condolence: I will never forget meeting Kyle for the first time. I was driving him to speak at a high school in Scarborough - one of his very first speaking engagements for The Terry Fox Foundation. He was nervous and anxious about doing a good job but he needn't have worried. He had more than 800 teenagers enthralled by his message of hope, perseverance and courage. Kyle embodied all of the qualities we admire so much in Terry Fox, and his humility and love for family and friends was always on display. We paid tribute to Kyle this week on the Foundation's Facebook page and the tributes left there, but those he met and those he never met, were perfect reflections of the passion he inspired in everyone he met. The staff and volunteers of The Terry Fox Foundation are eternally grateful for the gift Kyle gave us all - a great appreciation for life and a determination to never give up in this fight. Our love and prayers to his wonderful, loving family. Martha McClew, Ontario Provincial Director

Condolence From: Henry Goodfriend
Condolence: I had the pleasure of working with Kyle at NAI Global in New York when I managed that office. What a nice young man. A special memory I have was when he and I were on a business trip that found us in Boise Idaho, one evening we sneaked in a side door to a minor league hockey game during intermission, and then we went to a small local downtown club and drank beers and sang along with a local band for hours. Later, we would say to each other - "remember Boise". My condolences, he made a difference in this world and will be missed by many.

Condolence: Dear Miller Family Although we never met Kyle we felt like we knew him while following his journey. We were so saddened to hear that he had died as we had such hope that he was going to Beat It. It is clear in many ways that he really did win the fight because of his attitude and the way he made people evaluate their own lives. He is an inspiration to so many people. What a legacy to leave. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and to you Vanessa who loved Kyle through it all. How blessed he was to have you in his life. Keeping you close to our thoughts and prayers. Condolence: I wanted to share my thoughts with you about what Kyle meant to me as a human being. I had the privilege of meeting Kyle at the 2010 Terry Fox workshop in Toronto. Before he even got up to speak you were instantly drawn to him. There was ana brilliant aura around him full of passion. Then when he spoke he just drew you into his excitement of his stories. I could see so much Terry in him. I am very proud in my participation as a Run Organizer on the Thousand Islands. I truly believe that Kyle was put on this earth for all thst he did. I also believe that Kyle gained his wings many times over. I thank his parents and family for sharing Kyle with us and I thank Vanessa for bringing such love into his heart. God bless all of you and I thank Kyle for cheering us on from heaven to "Beat it" because us Terry Foxers will!! Hugs Lisa-Marie

Condolence: i have always supported Terry Fox and his foundation and as I went on facebook today I saw a picture of Kyle...smiling with his face lit up.I had never heard of Kyle to be honest before today but I thought to myself what a happy go lucky fellow he looked like.As I continued to read I was astonished at his story. What an INCREDIBLE young guy.Cancer itself may not intend to create heros ...but showing the compassion that Kyle did for others and his hopes for a cure..his strength...the obvious love he felt for his friends and family...this along with the determination to fight for everything he had made him a TRUE HERO...and I will be telling my children his story tonight so that we can honor him just as we do with Terry.Prayers for comfort and support to his family and friends. You must be wonderful people to have Kyle fight so hard for his time with you.God Bless you all and thank-you for sharing his story. From Ralph Tricia Cameron and Marissa Stubbs
