ROBBINS, Austin

After a lengthy battle with cancer, Austin passed into eternal rest at the age of 80 on Sunday, June 8th, 2008 at Collingwood General and Marine Hospital. Loving husband of the late Dorothy Emack and sadly missed by Helen Heasman a long-time companion to Dorothy and himself and whose support and care were always there until the end. Austin is survived by his brother Bruce and sister Iola Bradley. Predeceased by his brother Joe and sisters Hazel, Rita, Helen and Doris. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time.

Funeral Service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral

Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Thursday, June 12, 2008 at 1:00 p.m.

Interment St. John’s Cemetery 7th line of Mono.

As expressions of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.

A tree will be planted in memory of Austin in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.

A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 14th, 2008 at 2:30 p.m.
